Add the portal to your home screen
You can add the portal to your home screen for quick access, just like an app.
For Android users:
- After logging in, tap the banner that says “Add to home screen.”
- If the banner doesn’t appear, tap the three dots menu (⋮) and select “Install app.”
For iPhone users:
- After logging in, tap the share icon (square with an arrow).
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen,” then tap “Add.”
Enable notifications
To stay updated, make sure to allow notifications when prompted. If you miss the prompt, you can enable them manually in your phone settings.
Need to reset your password?
You can reset your password directly from the portal, no need to contact us. If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Link expired?
If your 'create account' link has expired, simply visit the portal and select ‘Reset password’ on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your junk folder if it doesn’t arrive.
