Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust

Outstanding healthcare for our communities, delivered with pride.

Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust’s vision is driven by PRIDE values and behaviours, developed with staff. They are: passion, responsibility, innovation, drive and empowerment.

As a large teaching Trust located in north east London, BHRUT provides care for a population of more than 750,000 people across three of the most diverse London boroughs. More than half of the 7,500 strong workforce are from black, Asian and minority ethnic groups and most live in Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge.

BHRUT is a centre of excellence, operating from two main sites - King George Hospital in Goodmayes and Queen’s Hospital in Romford. The Trust operates two emergency departments and offers a full range of acute services. They have a neuroscience centre, a cancer centre, and a hyper acute stroke unit to provide specialist care. In addition, they were the first Trust in the UK to introduce Varian Halcyon radiotherapy which helps reduce treatment times for cancer patients.

Here at BHRUT Staff Bank, we support the Trust with temporary staff in the admin and clerical, nursing, AHP and medical science staff groups. We offer our workers an excellent service that allows you to work flexibly.
