Compliance

How will I know if one of my compliance documents is due to expire?
You will receive emailed communications to inform you of what element of compliance is due to expire.

For compliance queries, please contact your dedicated compliance team instead of visiting our office without an appointment, as this could lead to delays.
It's important to note that DBS clearance can take from 1 day to 12 weeks, so patience is required during this process.
Training is mandatory for NHS work, and while Bank Partners assists with core skills training, role-specific training is your responsibility.
Be aware that not working a shift for 6 months or allowing a part of your compliance profile to expire for over 6 months may result in your profile being closed, necessitating re-registration. If you require further assistance with your compliance, please call 020 7959 1119 (Option 2, and then Option 3).
