Bank Partners Named Recruiter of the Year
On Thursday 18th November 2021, Bank Partners were named Recruiter of the Year in the prestigious LaingBuisson Awards 2021 which were held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London.
LaingBuisson is the leading provider of healthcare market intelligence, consulting & data solutions and the ONS' chosen provider of independent healthcare data. They created these awards to celebrate a variety of amazing people, businesses and innovation in the health and care sectors, and we were proud of be shortlisted alongside so many of them.
The Recruiter category identifies excellence in the recruitment of professionals in the healthcare and social care sectors which ultimately the judges could see in our team's amazing work on the vaccination banks across London and the South East. When announcing our win, they revealed that the judges had called it:
"a great example of what collaboration and efficient project management with clear sector knowledge can deliver.”
Colleagues from across Bank Partners were on hand to receive the award on behalf of the whole of the team who have all worked incredibly hard on the world-leading vaccination project for the past 12 months which is estimated to have prevented over 150,000 hospitalisations in the over-65s alone and as many as 28,000 deaths.
