What is the process if my Tax Code is incorrect?
If your tax code is incorrect, it's recommended to first contact HMRC for assistance. Should you need further help after contacting HMRC, please direct your emails to HRCH Staff Bank Payroll team or contact us on 01932 722799.
What should I do if I have been paid incorrectly?

Booking or Cancelling Shifts

How do I book a shift?
For scheduling your shifts at the HRCH bank, please use our user-friendly EOL service. Here, you can effortlessly self-book into the shifts that suit your preferences and availability.
How do I cancel a shift?
To cancel a scheduled shift, please ensure you do so at least 3 days prior to the start of the shift. Utilise our online shift cancellation form for a hassle-free process, providing all necessary details of the shift. In case of urgent cancellations within 3 days of the shift, contact our HRCH Bookings team:

HRCH Nursing Bookings 0330 236 9101, and select Option 1, followed by Option 1 again
HRCH Doctors Bookings 0330 236 9101, and select Option 1, followed by Option 2
HRCH AHP Bookings 0330 236 9101, and select Option 1, followed by Option 3
HRCH Admin & Clinical Bookings 0330 236 9101, and select Option 1, followed by Option 4
What should I do if my shift has not been finalised?
To ensure your shift is properly finalised and you receive your payment without delay, please make contact with the department where you worked. Additionally, remember to leave a signed timesheet on the ward, if this is a necessary step, to expedite your payment.
