Bank Partners is excited to announce that following the recent renewal of our partnership with Kingston Hospital Foundation Trust, Bank Partners have extended our Staff Bank service to Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust. The new HRCH Staff Bank will help to manage the Trust’s flexible working arrangements across multiple staff groups across their 16 sites.
Hounslow & Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust, also known as HRCH, is a prominent healthcare provider in the Hounslow area. The trust runs several healthcare facilities, including the Hospital Hounslow, which is one of the main hospitals in Hounslow.
The partnership is set to launch on the 3rd April 2023, with Bank Partners ensuring that the Staff Bank provides HRCH NHS Trust with compliant, flexible and dedicated workers as they build this relationship with HRCH NHS Trust in order to reduce agency usage.
HRCH provides community health services for around 523,000 people registered with GPs in the London boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond, but also serves a wider population across south west London for a range of more specialist services. The trust currently employ around 1,300 people, who work across a wide range of health centres, hospitals, GP surgeries, children’s centres, local council facilities and in community settings – including in people’s homes. With a focus on providing high-quality healthcare services to the local community, the Hounslow NHS branch of the trust is committed to improving the health and well-being of its patients. The HRCH team is dedicated to providing excellent care in a safe and welcoming environment, making it a go-to choice for individuals seeking healthcare services in the Hounslow area.
