Bank Partners is delighted to announce that our partnership with Barts Health Trust has been shortlisted for at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2023, recognising their outstanding dedication to improving healthcare and effective collaboration with the NHS.

Being shortlisted for a HSJ Partnership Award has given our team confidence in our partnership, ensured our project is seen nationally and allowed the team’s efforts and relentless work to be recognised.
The HSJ Partnership Awards recognise and honour the most effective partnerships, innovative projects and collaborations in the UK health system. The prestigious award programme, now in its sixth year, is not just a celebration of success stories but also a platform to shape the future of our new integrated health and care system.
The judging panel comprised a diverse range of highly regarded figures across the NHS and wider healthcare sector. To be shortlisted as a finalist for these awards, despite tough competition from a pool of brilliant applications, is a mark of real achievement for Bank Partners. The partnership with Barts Health has been selected based on its diligence, ambition, and the positive impact that the project has had on both professionals and patients within the health care industry.
Since 2014, Bank Partners has been working with Barts Health NHS Trust in the delivery of a fully managed temporary staffing service with Bank Partners managing the flexible resource pool as well as the broader contingent staffing service.
This model ensures savings for the Trust by reducing the number of shifts that go to agency (c£300m over the past 8 years) and keeps patient safety as the priority.
Ours is a true partnership that demonstrates how successful collaboration between the NHS and private sector suppliers can work through expertise, trust, and consistent delivery of excellent service.
