A message to all our EU workers

Bank Partners takes its duty of care to all our employees, workers and client organisations very seriously and, following the vote to leave the EU, want to assure you that we are committed to continuing to support you.

Some of our colleagues, who originally come from EU member states but are currently living in the UK, have asked us about how the vote might affect their work with Bank Partners trusts. We can confirm that this does not affect current arrangements.

Both the UK Prime Minister and the President of the European Council have confirmed that there will be no immediate change for any EU nationals living and working here. They have been very clear that your rights to live and work in the UK remain unchanged by the referendum result.

As a result of the vote to leave, rights to work and reside in the UK for EU nationals will - eventually - have to be re-negotiated as part of the UK's exit of the European Union. At the moment, there is no further detail from the government, but as soon as more details are released we will share them.
