UCLH are currently looking to appoint a Plaster technician / orthopaedic practitioner to their staff bank.
We are looking for candidates that hold the British casting certification from British Orthopaedic Association and adhere to their Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics for Orthopaedic Practitioner.
The following are the duties required in the clinic:
Provide direct and indirect care at a high standard for patients requiring specialist orthopaedic care in the fracture clinic (and inpatient areas.)
Provide care in relation to all aspects of casting, splinting and bracing and wound care: application, removal, and advice utilising a variety of materials
We can offer ongoing full time shifts to the right candidate, as well as weekly pay and online timesheets.
