As Director of Bank Partners’ sister brand Espirita, I help clients achieve their strategic recruitment goals however challenging the environment. I have an extensive background in designing and managing international talent acquisition strategies, overcoming a wide range of challenges across various sectors and cultures. At Espirita our approach is non-invasive and collaborative - we believe in long-term partnerships and will invest as much time as necessary to really understand your unique business challenges.

As one of the group’s youngest brands, the growing team I manage delivers creative recruitment and effective solutions to all of ICS clients as part of the managed services division both in conjunction with our sister brands and as a standalone operation.

Nicola Brady

Operations Director

As Operations Director I take full responsibility over all aspects of the operational running of the inner London bank division, which supply into all staff groups. I've accrued over 16 years experience in recruitment, of which the last 7 years have been in the healthcare sector.

I take great satisfaction in my work knowing that I am part of something bigger than myself. The work we do supporting the trusts ensures the wards always have sufficient staff to maintain patient safety. This is exemplified in the support we gave UCLH when they had a drive to recruit 500 nurses. We were involved in providing them with high quality nurses for substantive roles. We completed the admin for this in terms of ensuring the process was quick and efficient, we didn’t supply the nurses.

The work we do is designed to help improve efficiencies and reduce overall costs to the trusts. I am happy when I know that our staff banks are providing a high quality service for our bank workers in finding them shifts to fill that suit their needs. I am equally pleased when we provide a seamless service to our clients both in placing workers and sharing best practices, making sure that we improve their fill rates to meet their targets in patient care and safety.

Antony Mann

Business Development Manager

As business development manager my primary responsibilities are to develop relationships with new trusts, manage the tender process for new contracts and the renewal of existing contracts. I have worked in the recruitment industry for the past 14 years, ten of which have been within the medical staffing sector. Prior to this, I worked a number of years in operational management.

The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that the work we do helps the NHS trusts keep their agency spend down. I enjoy helping prospective clients understand our proposition and watching them experience the advantages that Bank Partners can bring as an outsourced bank service; improved efficiencies; improved fill rates; overall cost reductions and so on. On a more personal level, I’m proud to have led the team that won the Barts Health contract.

The work I do supports NHS trusts gain a better understanding of what we can achieve if we partner up and work together, but it also extends to the candidates we work with, as our service offers excellent work opportunities with flexible shift patterns in some of the best NHS trusts in the country.
