My role is to support and lead the business in all aspects of strategy, transformation and delivery, but by far the most rewarding part of my job is knowing that the work we do every day helps NHS trusts keep their agency spend down and ultimately helps keep patients safe.
I am the Operations Director for Bank Partners, with nearly 3 decades of experience in operational delivery and the workforce sector and a strong history of working within NHS staffing supply and Bank management. Ultimately the contract leads at Bank Partners rely on me for guidance and decision making whilst I also support our clients who it's a pleasure and a privilege to support in all aspects of temporary staffing and patient safety.
With previous experience of shared services and finance operations for nearly 13 years, I am a qualified Chartered Certified accountant with experience in both ‘big 4’ practice and across multiple industry sectors. As Director of Shared Services, my role is to ensure that the ‘engine room’ behind our contracts including our talent attraction, customer care and contract support functions provide the best possible experience for our valued bank workers and that we continually perform to the highest standards of quality.
