Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust are looking for a enthusiastic Inpatient Registered Nurse to work with their fantastic Inpatient Nursing and Therapy Team.

HRCH employs approximately 1,300 people who work in clinics, hospitals, primary care offices, children's centres, municipal government structures, and private homes. Nonetheless, the group provides a wide range of more specialist services to a bigger community in South-West London. HRCH assist individuals in keeping their health in the community, taking control of their own treatment, and preventing hospitalisations by providing the required tools.

Important Requirements:

  • At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A caring, empathetic approach to all patients
  • A proactive and professional work ethic

  • Demonstrate at all times the values of the Trust and philosophy of the unit
  • Competence in the key elements of the competency profile of the role
  • Be skilled in the assessment of care/support needs and in the development, implementation and evaluation of care/support packages.
  • Supervisory responsibilities as required and may have some responsibility for service developments
  • To adhere to and apply Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) standards of proficiency and code of ethics and professional conduct.
  • To work with the Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and the patients to implement a plan of care with achievable goals.
  • To undertake assessments and reviews, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of individual programmes of care.
