Bands 2-6 Multi Skilled Administrator - North Middlesex - London

North Middlesex University Hospital (North Mid) are searching for a passionate and experienced Multi-Skilled Administrator to join their team.

North Mid provides both hospital and community care, helping to keep people in the best possible health at every stage in their lives. 

Its maternity, children, and adult services span a range of medical and surgical specialities and its adult and children’s emergency departments are among the busiest in London.

North Mid is also proud to offer one of the largest services in the UK dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of red cell haemoglobin conditions, including sickle cell disease and thalassaemia syndromes.

The Multi-Skilled Administrator role includes the following roles:

  • Band 2 Receptionist
  • Band 4 Admissions Waiting List Co-ordinator
  • Band 4 Patient Pathway Co-ordinator - Paediatrics
  • Band 6 Senior PALS/Complaints
  • BAND 4 Patient Pathway Co-ordinator
  • Band 5 Paediatric Team Leader
  • Band 3 Senior Patient Pathway Officer
  • Band 5 PALS/Complaints Officer
  • Band 3 Colposcopy Administrator

Requirements:

  • Bands 2-3 must have experience working in admin.
  • Bands 4-5 must have experience in admissions, complaints, HR and admin co-ordinator roles.
  • Bands 6 must have experience in handling compliants and conflict resolution.
  • Availability to work in both a team and alone.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
