Moorfields Eye Hospital are recruiting an experienced Outpatient Coordinator to join their highly skilled and qualified team at their Northwick Park and Brent Cross sites.

Their clinical staff take great pride in providing high-quality care to their patients across their extensive specialist clinics, including their A&E department; Paediatric clinic; Retinal Therapy Unit; Cataract, Glaucoma, Genetics, Oracular Oncology departments; and many more. It provides state-of-the-art operating facilities run by some of the UK’s leading ophthalmology surgeons, providing operative services including laser treatment, vision correction, cosmetic treatment, and various other corrective treatment for a range of eye conditions
Please note that this role is Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm
Requirements:
- Good admin and communication skills.
- Previous experience working with the public, in a customer-oriented role.
- Excellent frontline/reception skills
- Ability to work within a team in a multi-disciplinary service
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to deal with queries over the phone and in person
- Enhanced DBS will be required
