The successful candidate will be responsible in the receipt, issue, safe handling, and correct storage of pharmaceutical goods. Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for ensuring that all requirements of the pharmaceutical quality system and validation plan are fully completed and documented at the specified time and that all staffs involved in these activities are suitably trained.
- To communicate effectively complex technical and medicine information within the pharmacy and wider multidisciplinary team.
- To communicate effectively medicine information to patient and patient representatives.
- To ensure that all action plans drawn up in the event of any out of specification result or deviation, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and are completed and fully documented.
- To undertake worksheet generation and final dispensing / production checks on adult, neonatal and paediatric PN, IV additives (CIVAS), clinical trial products, and aseptically prepared batches.
- Important Requirements:
- Previous pharmaceutical experience
- An empathic, caring approach to patients, and a great team player
- An honest individual with patience and integrity, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent administrative, IT, verbal, and written communication skills
