Bank- Band 5 General Nurse - Kingston Upon Thames

Kingston Hospital Trust are seeking experienced Registered General Nurse's to join the Bank to assist with the current pandemic. 

A Registered General Nurse with extensive experience working with various clients and in various healthcare settings. Have wide knowledge base and competency in clinical practice managing face to face, telephone triaging and home visits for those requiring care at home. Extensively experienced in Out of Hours Advanced Practice Nursing, General Practice, Walk in Centre, Urgent Care Centers, Telephone Triage Centres, Minor injuries and Illnesses, chronic disease management, in children and adults with diagnosed or undiagnosed conditions, Palliative and End of Life Care. 

Promote health and well-being using health promotion, health education, screening, and therapeutic communication skills. Use complex reasoning, critical thinking, reflection, and analysis to inform assessments, clinical judgements, and decisions. 

Hold a proven record of reliability and responsibility, strong analytical skills, capable of assessing conditions and implementing appropriate interventions with an ability to remain calm and professional throughout critical situations. 

Always a resourceful problem solver, who loves challenges and can implement solutions to complex problems. Possess special sensitivity to meeting diverse needs in varied situations. Develop rapport with clients, family, staff, and physicians and relate well to people from a variety of cultures. 

 What we need from you:

·         NMC Registration 

·         Proven experience working as a Registered General Nurse

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

During this pandemic we are fastracking our recruitment process but will still require:

·         Proof of Right to Work in the UK  

·         An Enhanced DBS 

·         Occupational Health Clearance
