Workforce Information Officer

The King’s Staff Bank are looking for an Workforce Information Officer to join our HR Department. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals with a flexible, proactive and professional approach who can consistently provide high quality operational support. This will be to ensure the provision of comprehensive secretarial, professional, administrative and clerical support to the Education and Training (E+T) team.

  • Job role: Workforce Information Officer
  • Band: 5
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Site: HR, Denmark Hill

Essential Requirements

  • ESR experience
  • Able to take, transcribe and type up minutes.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Teams
  • Office or administration experience.
  • Proven excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
  • Able to identify own workload and allocated tasks and also work as part of a team
