Ward Administrator Band 3 

The King’s Staff Bank are looking for Administrators to join the Division of Urgent Care, Planned Care and Allied Clinical Services. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals with a flexible, proactive and professional approach who can consistently provide high quality operational support. The individuals will be well supported by the Ward Admin Team Leaders and Admin Services Manager.

This will be a line of work, working 13 long day shifts (Monday-Sunday 8 am to 8.30 pm) per 4 week rota period; the service covers 365 days a year so weekend and bank holiday working is a requirement.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience working within the Administration field (Current/Previous NHS experience is an advantage)
• High attention to detail and time management
• Good IT Skills (PIMS/EPR systems experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
