Moorfields NHS Trust the leading provider of eye health services in the UK and a world class centre of excellence for ophthalmic research and education is looking to appoint a IT Service Desk Analyst to their Staff Bank to fulfil a role at one of their sites in central London. This is a full time temporary role Mon- Fri -37.5hrs weekly


  • The post holder will be responsible for 1st level response and resolution so must be able to quickly diagnose, resolve or escalate any IT issues

  • Performing troubleshooting and support for Moorfields systems and devices. This will include but not limited to the following: Desktops, Laptops, thin clients , printers, active directory and exchange SLA's  user

    Person Specification
    Able to deal with staff at all levels
    Confident with good customer service
    Good team player 
    Able to work unsupervised on some occasions
    Able to multitask and work to deadlines
    Good attention to detail is key for this role
    Able to work in a busy environment
    Good IT experience as a service desk analyst
