An exciting short-term opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Development Business Partner to work on UCLH’s Phase 4 new hospital build programme. This role will be full time or part time and last between 4 to 7 months.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Organisational Development workstream of the Phase 4 transformation programme, with the aim of ensuring staff readiness and engagement with the changes associated with the move. They will be responsible for supporting teams and individuals through the change, to enable a successful transition to the new facility.
Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Plan, design, implement and evaluate a range of innovative OD solutions to support the phase 4 programme to successfully embed organisational and cultural changes.
- Act as an internal OD consultant to UCLH, and in particular the Phase 4 programme. Working closely with senior leaders, departmental heads of service and clinical leadsto provide expert OD advice, support and challenge to support leaders to deliver organisational change
- Develop and implement bespoke change readiness interventions and events that support service readiness and high staff engagement to achieve the Phase 4 programme objectives and staff retention.
The successful candidate will be highly customer focused with the ability to build excellent relationships with people at all levels, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will have experience of people related change and organisational development interventions, the ability to work as an ‘internal OD consultant’ to the project, with knowledge of engagement and facilitation methods.
Post graduate HR/OD qualification or equivalent experience
Experience of Organisational Development practice using context-appropriate methodologies in large organisations, including diagnostic, design, delivery and evaluation.
