NHS Supply Chain Officer - London

At a crucial period of time for UCLH and the NHS, we are looking to recruit experienced Supply Chain Officers to our Bank to work on a dedicated project until March 2021.  This is a “high profile” project to transform store areas across the hospital and improve the service and provision of essential medical equipment to clinical units to support our excellence in patient care.

Based at the Main UCLH Tower on the Euston Road, you will work alongside a highly experienced Management Team who will develop your existing Supply Chain skills and provide you with clear instruction.

Euston Square and Warren Street Tube Stations face the UCLH Tower and Kings Cross and Euston Mainline Stations are both only a short walk away and the working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm .

Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Data capture of all stock in specific units (detailed stock counting)
  • Relabelling of products
  • Reorganisation of stores

Experience required

  • MS Excel at a basic level
  • Stores/Supply Chain background
  • NHS materials management (desirable)

    There are very clear objectives for the project which need to be achieved in a short timescale therefore are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following:

  • A “can do” attitude
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Be flexible in their approach to the working day
  • Achieving goals and reaching targets
