Job Summary:
• To provide effective administration support to enable the Professional Education Team within the Learning and Development Department to deliver on trust wide Learning and Development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
NVQ 3 in Administration Essential
Customer Care Qualification Desirable
Typing and Word Processing Skills or Qualification (assessed at interview)


Skills and Knowledge
Essential

Ability to use a personal computer with knowledge of word processing, and Windows applications.
Knowledge or and ability to use Microsoft Office Programmes.
Ability to use virtual meeting platforms
Working knowledge of clerical and financial procedures
Ability to communicate in written and oral English.
Ability to understand and work with financial, administrative and personnel processes and practises.
Ability to work with a variety of databases and produce reports as required.
