e-Rostering Administrator - E14

BARTS health NHS trust is looking for an e-Rostering Administrator who will work as a member of the e-Roster Support Team to provide professional first line support for the e-Rostering system via the helpdesk to all managers and staff within the Trust.  The post holder will be critical in helping to align ESR and e-Rostering data, resolve system access issues, maintaining processes and procedures, and producing system reports.

The role would suit a proactive, responsible individual who is able to communicate effectively and is proficient with Microsoft  packages including, outlook, work and excel. It is crucial that individuals performing this role can cope well in a pressurised environment and are able to prioritise multiple administrative tasks.

Start Date: ASAP

Band: 3

Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities/Experience:

  • Confident with computers and learning new systems
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and will need to be confident in communication with all levels within he Trust
  • They will need to be a team player as the central e-Rostering works closely together
  • Knowledge of HealthRoster or rostering systems and ESR (desired)
