Bank Band 2 Housekeepers
We have an opportunity within our Facilities Department to join the as Housekeeper, who play a vital role, right across Kettering General Hospital Foundation Trust.
The main duties include deep cleaning of patient wards as well as general cleaning of the public and staff areas in accordance with departmental schedules and specifications, ensuring high levels of cleanliness at all time.
Hours of Work: Flexible days and hours Monday -Friday. 3 and 4 hours shifts available between the hours of 3pm and 10pm
The ability to follow instructions and work without direct supervision, whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, confidentiality, courtesy and consideration to all patients and visitors to the Trust, is essential. This is a really important role within the Trust ensuring that infection control and best practice is maintained.
You must be flexible and have a ‘can do’ attitude to your work, together with very high personal housekeeping standards.
The role involves constant interaction with all other users of the hospital and requires you to be aware of the need to be caring, courteous, respectful, confidential, and customer focused in the delivery of their duties.
Previous experience of working in Housekeeping or a similar role is desirable.
