Kingston Hospital Trust are seeking experienced Co-ordinator to join the Bank to assist with the current pandemic.
To plan, schedule and monitor both the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks and Work Orders for both in-house staff and Contractors for the Trust. Day to day administration of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to fulfil the Estates teams statutory duties and customer demand.
Contribute to and support the effective delivery of the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk (customer contact team) to ensure the CAFM system is kept up to date and enables effective and trusted communication.
What we need from you
· Proven experience working as a Co-ordinator
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
