Job Title: Assistant Service Manager – Administrative Role

 Band: 6/7

JOB SUMMARY

To undertake administrative and HR duties.

This is a key role in ensuring that all users are provided with fast, efficient and effective service, in accordance with hospital and unit policy.

This roles offers WFH flexibility.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To provide an excellent level of customer care, communication and flexibility when completing work.
  2. To be proficient in using Word, Outlook and Excel.
  3. To have managerial/supervisorial experience.
  4. To undertake administrative and HR duties as required.
  5. To ensure the confidentiality of all patient matters.
  6. To participate in appropriate training and duties as may be required to develop skills necessary to ensure a range of services are available to patients.
