Whittington Health serves a varied community and works hard to ensure that all our services are equitable and accessible to all. Nowhere is this more evident than in how we treat our employees. We want to hire people who are as representative of this demographic as possible, thus we value diversity in age, handicap, gender, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, race, sexual orientation, and religion or belief. The Trust believes that as a public sector organisation, we have an obligation to adopt sensitive recruitment, training, promotion, and other formal employment rules and processes.
