We are seeking a dynamic consultant colleague to join our friendly and cohesive team in the Portsmouth Breast Unit. Applicants should be able to offer the full range of skills expected of a modern Breast Radiologist and be keen to learn new techniques and develop the breast service. A further interest in Oncology imaging would be highly desirable.

This post is being offered to replace an existing colleague having been originally created to meet the additional demands of increasing symptomatic breast service workload. As such, the successful candidate will bring a specialist interest in breast imaging sufficient to participate fully in the local symptomatic breast service. There will be an expectation a full-time commitment would include a contribution to the acute work of the radiology department.

As an experienced Consultant Diagnostic Breast Imaging you will ideally have:

-          Full GMC registration with a licence to practice

-          Higher professional training in Radiology

-          FRCR
