From 1st January 2025 North Middlesex University Hospital (North Mid) became a part of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. 

North Mid provides both hospital and community care, helping to keep people in the best possible health at every stage in their lives. It is also one of London's busiest acute hospitals, serving around 350,000 people living in Enfield, Haringey and surrounding areas, including Barnet and Waltham Forest. 

After being fully modernised with a £200 million investment, they have state-of-the-art facilities including a world class service dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of red cell haemoglobin conditions, including sickle cell disease and thalassaemia.
