Joining or leaving a bank

How do I join as a substantive employee?

If you’re a substantive employee looking to join, please complete the substantive joiner form. Once submitted, we will create a new assignment number and send a welcome email.

How do I join if I have left my substantive role but want to stay on the bank?

If you’re leaving, or have left your substantive role but wish to stay on the bank, complete the trust leaver forms. If already left, there is a 6-week grace period; outside it, email joinbartsbank@bankpartners.co.uk.

How do I Join as an agency worker?

Complete the agency consent form. A minimum intention-to-hire notice must be served to your agency before you can start on bank.

How long does the application process take?

The application process usually completes within 21 working days. We strive to expedite this process and will keep you regularly updated on its progress.

How will I be updated on the status of my application?

You will receive both calls and emails to communicate the stages of your application/registration.
