At Bank Partners, our aim is to make sure that it’s easy for you to work flexible shifts in a supportive, professional environment. We’ve included below some key information that you might find useful as you start your journey with us.
Whilst you are now cleared to work, please allow two working days for your profile to be loaded onto the system, any shifts worked prior to this date can be added retrospectively. If you have not been added after two working days, please email northmidsonsite@bankpartners.co.uk.
All shifts must be booked via Loop.
Timesheets must be authorised by your manager by midday on Tuesday, for payment on Friday.
Please note: The above applies to shifts worked in the previous week. You will never be paid in the same week for a shift worked during that week.

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may occasionally need to cancel a scheduled work shift. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow the procedures below:
More than three days’ notice:
If you need to cancel your shift with more than three days’ notice, please complete our online cancellation form. This form collects all the necessary information so we can process your cancellation promptly and accurately.
Less than three days’ notice:
If you need to cancel your shift within three days of the scheduled date, please contact our Bookings Team directly. You can reach them by calling 0333 577 0013 between the hours of 6am – 10pm. The Bookings Team will assist you with processing the last‑minute cancellation and ensuring a smooth transition.
It is important to notify the Bookings Team as soon as possible so they can make the necessary adjustments to the schedule and attempt to find a suitable replacement. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this guideline.
Trust cancellations
On rare occasions, the trust may need to cancel a shift. If this happens within two hours of the scheduled start time, you will receive a 2 hour cancellation fee.
As with all NHS Staff Banks, you may be asked by the Trust to work in a different setting on occasions to the one which you have booked. This will always be with patient safety in mind, and we appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
To protect your wellbeing and stay compliant with the Working Time Directive, please ensure your total working hours average no more than 48 hours per week over any Monday–Sunday period, typically calculated across a 17-week reference period.

Please note that alternative payroll dates and deadlines may apply during weeks affected by bank holidays. Any changes will be communicated to you via the Bank Partners Portal.
Pension queries should be addressed to The People’s Pension who are available on 0300 2000 555 between 8.30am and 7pm.This is only for Nursing and Admin bank workers.

The onsite staff bank office hours are 8.30-17.00, Monday to Friday based at the Trust Headquarters at North Middlesex Hospital.
Our out of hours team pick up nurse bookings outside of those hours.
