Admin assistant Lila heard about Bank Partners from a family friend who worked at Moorfields Eye Hospital and had told Lila that the staff bank there was well run and always had great jobs available.  

Having only had one job previously, Lila was relatively inexperienced in the job search process. However, as soon as she approached Bank Partners, recruitment consultant Tanya took Lila under her wing, helping her through the registration, interview and placement process and supporting and encouraging her to pass all her online exams to get her into a job as quickly as possible.
