Damien’s experience of working as a radiographer at UCLH through Bank Partners has been a positive one. “Being a bank worker gives me the flexibility to work in various clinical areas as well as the opportunity to work hours that suit my lifestyle and competitive rates of pay,” he tells us. The main benefit of working for Bank Partners is that they provide Damien with the choice to work either an occasional shift one week or full time hours another which really suits his lifestyle.

Prior to Damien’s placement Bank Partners provided training including moving and handling, basic life support and health and safety. “Bank Partners were always available if I had any queries or issues and they provided the necessary information to work in a safe environment” he remembers.

Damien is really enjoying working for UCLH, saying, “I’m part of a renowned hospital trust with a very busy atmosphere and a friendly multidisciplinary team. This opportunity gives me the chance to work with and meet new people from all over the world whilst working with state-of-the-art equipment and providing a high-quality clinical service to the general public.”
