Joining or leaving a bank

How do I join as an agency worker?
How will my bank details be collected?

Information will be requested by email using a secure dual authentication process. Look out for an email from IWT.recruitment@bankpartners.co.uk.

How do I request my P45 if I decide to leave the bank?

How long does the application process take?

The application process usually completes within 21 working days. We strive to expedite this process and will keep you regularly updated on its progress. If you have not heard, email IWT.recruitment@bankpartners.co.uk.

How will I be updated on the status of my application?

You will receive both calls and emails to communicate the stages of your application/registration.

Can I have a second pension for my bank shifts?

Yes. You can join The People’s Pension, with a 3% employer contribution from Bank Partners.
