- What should I do if my shift has not been finalised?

- What day are shifts finalised each week?
- The shift finalisation process remains unchanged. Managers are required to finalise bank shifts by 11:00am on Monday each week, for payment on Friday. The process of finalisation will remain the same via BankStaff/ Health Roster.

- What will this app do for me?
- Allocate Loop will be the application where you can view, book and cancel your Bank shifts. This will also be where you can view your booked shifts and submit your timesheets once these have been worked.
- How do I download this app?
- To download the Allocate Loop app, search 'Allocate Loop' on your relevant smart phone app store.
- Is this the only way that I will see shifts now?
- For Bank shifts via Staff Bank this will be the only place you will be able to view Bank shifts on. You may still agree your shifts with the department you may work for directly, once confirmed the shifts will also appear via Loop.
- What about if I use another app (eg Loop) – do I have to stop using that?
- For Bank shifts via IOW Staff Bank, you will only need to use Allocate Loop. This app will be the place for you to view, book and cancel shifts. If you use any apps as standard in your department or role please continue to do so.
