The trust is seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive services to their patients. You will undertake a varied caseload of patients and assist to improve their lives by considering the environmental, physical and psychological challenges of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised treatment plans for patients.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
