University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) are searching for an experienced Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to join our Musculoskeletal Outpatient Service.

We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified physiotherapist to join the Bank Musculoskeletal Outpatient Therapy team at UCLH. We are seeking dynamic and motivated team players to join one of the largest Foundation Trusts in the UK with an international reputation and a tradition of innovation.
Candidates must have significant musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience in the NHS at least a Band 6 level including Orthopaedics and Rheumatology (please see Personal Specification for further information).
We are a thriving department in the centre of London that boasts fantastic educational opportunities. We have good links with our medical and surgical colleagues, community facilities and run a variety of well-established rehabilitation classes.
If successful, you will join a strong team of experienced and supportive outpatient clinicians ranging from Consultant Physiotherapists to support staff. You will carry a caseload of mainly Orthopaedic, Neurosurgery and Rheumatology patients. You will be helping our team to deliver, co-ordinate and evaluate the MSK Outpatient Therapy service.
You will work to the highest standards to facilitate evidence informed patient care, playing a key role in implementing, facilitating and developing physiotherapy best practice in line with local and national guidelines. Ideally candidates should have a range of clinical reasoning and rehabilitative skills appropriate to their caseload.
You should demonstrate evidence of ongoing CPD, knowledge of current legislation, good interpersonal skills and an ability to work flexibly.

Requirements:
- HPC registration
- Physiotherapy degree/or equivalent
- Evidence of commitment to advanced clinical and non-clinical continued professional development within Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, e.g. post registration training, management competencies and evidence of a detailed personal development portfolio
- Awareness of current evidence pertaining to musculoskeletal physiotherapy and application to clinical practice , using advanced clinical reasoning skills
- Significant post - registration /work experience as a physiotherapist
- Previous NHS Outpatient Physiotherapy post registration experience
- Band 5/6 experience including on call emergency duty, respiratory care, rehabilitation, orthopaedics in and outpatients
