BHRUT is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals with experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, who are looking to develop their career by working within the NHS.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for the well-being of our patients, including making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
  • Leading, motivating, and mentoring your team, and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the unit.
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
  • Promoting our patient’s independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • An RMN, RGN, RNMH or RNLD qualification.
  • 2 Satisfactory, professional references
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working within the NHS
  • A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
  • A respectful, courteous, and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best, at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to liaise with other healthcare professionals and resident families.
  • Experience of care planning and report writing.
