Band 5 and 6 Staff Nurse in Paediatric Outpatients - Richard Desmond Children’s Eye Centre

Our client, Moorfields Eye Hospital, are looking for a Band 5 or 6  Staff Nurse to work in the Richard Desmond Children’s Eye Centre.

Available hours are Monday - Friday 07.30am - 6pm ongoing work is available.

Shifts will include general nursing duties on the ward. Ophthalmic training will be provided if necessary.


  • NMC

  • Six months NHS experience within the last three years, not inclusive of preceptorship programme.

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills

  • Either a Adults nurse with Paediatrics experience or a Registered Children's Nurse

  • Be able to do Paediatrics observations, all other training will be provided.

Desirable, but not required:


  • Ophthalmic qualification/experience.
