An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transformation Programme Lead Band 8b 5 to join Kettering StaffBank.
The post holder will be responsible for leading programmes of change, including line management responsibility for the project manager in line with the trust’s transformation approach (e.g. design, delivery, governance, reporting, tracking and benefits realisation). The post holder will manage change projects including service re-design and service transformation which promote quality and financial improvements.
The Transformation Programme Lead has a key strategic role in the Trust and is responsible for specified programmes of work within a portfolio aligned to one of the three clinical divisions. This portfolio covers transformation change within the Trust and strategic programmes of work which are system-wide and therefore required collaboration with partner organisations. The work intends to deliver improvements in efficiency and productivity; achievement of cost improvements and quality objectives; and ultimately patient care improvements.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Development of business justifications, business cases and programme initiation and definition documents in collaboration with Divisional and Clinical teams acting as part of the Division’s senior management team.
- To establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for the Programme in order to achieve the business change and benefits outlined in the Programme objectives.
- Identify, develop, plan, implement and evaluate the programmes of the clinical division in line with the activity, budget and operational priorities of the trust ensuring that the programme portfolio has an acceptable balance of risk, benefit, and pace and supports trust strategic and operational priorities.
- To oversee the successful completion and conclusion of projects, moving into business as usual with Operational and Clinical colleagues and following the necessary.
