UCLH NHS Foundation Trust is currently looking to appoint a Head of Employee Relations via their staff bank to cover Maternity Leave
The role is currently being offered on a six month basis, however there is a strong possibility that the contract could be extended for a further six months.
The role is responsible for providing day to day operational management to a highly capable team of 7. This is an ideal secondment opportunity for an ER professional who might be interested in working in a large acute hospital.
The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication and leadership skills as they will be providing advice to a range of service users, some of which are at a very senior level. The post-holder must also have a strong track record of being able to deliver projects. There are a number of service improvements that the department wishes to roll out and this role is fundamental in being able to deliver this.
This role is Band 8A Level and the hourly rate on offer is £27.72.
The role will predominantly be based at 250 Euston Road (a short walk from either Warren Street or Euston Square tube stations or Euston mainline station) but travel to other UCLH sites will be essential (all are within walking distance).
The successful candidate will be required to join the UCLH Staff Bank and undergo NHS Pre employment checks.
