Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist - Band 6 - Richmond

Are you a passionate and experienced physiotherapist ready to take the next step in your MSK career? Kingston & Richmond NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dynamic and motivated Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our forward-thinking and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of settings, including satellite clinics. You’ll work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing a diverse caseload of patients with complex physical and psychological conditions.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform advanced assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Use a wide range of evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, acupuncture, and patient education.
  • Support junior staff and students through supervision and teaching.
  • Contribute to service development, audits, and clinical governance.
  • Participate in triage, discharge planning, and inter-professional collaboration.
  • Meet with patients face to face both individually and in class format at either Teddington Memorial Hospital or Centre House

What We’re Looking For

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with relevant MSK experience.
  • At least 6 months paid NHS experience in the last 3 years
  • Previous band 6 MSK outpatient experience.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to CPD and evidence-based practice.
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring others is desirable.

​Working Patterns

  • Monday - Friday within core hours 08:00 - 18:00
  • 3 month temporary role with further bank opportunities once the role ends
